Refund policy

Hazmat merchandises, such as fire extinguishers, need to meet very specific shipping requirements by the Department of Transportation and therefore cannot be returned for credit. All other products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns require prior authorization by the Company and will be conveyed to the customer via an RMA (Return Authorization) number. Any product being returned to the Company must be marked with the RMA number and sent freight prepaid.
